Welcome to Glo Nail Salon & MedSpa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, gcglo.com (the “Site”), and the services we provide.
By accessing our Site and booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
All appointments are subject to availability. When booking, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your name, phone number, and email address. An appointment confirmation will be sent to you after booking. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next scheduled client.
Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
This policy allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability. Appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window and clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure the booking.
All prices for services are listed on our Site and are subject to change without notice. Payment for all services is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at our physical location. By providing a credit card for booking, you authorize us to charge the card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our policy.
For your safety and the quality of our services, especially our MedSpa treatments, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information about your medical history, allergies, and any current conditions or medications.
Follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by our technicians and medical staff. Failure to do so may affect your results and your safety.
Treat our staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or if we determine that a requested service may not be safe or suitable for you based on the information you provide or our professional assessment.
You acknowledge that our MedSpa services (e.g., Botox, IV Therapy) are medical in nature. While our staff is trained and licensed, individual results are not guaranteed and can vary from person to person. The information provided on our Site or during a consultation is for informational purposes only and does not replace a consultation with your primary care physician. You assume all risks associated with these treatments.
You agree that your use of our Site and services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Glo Nail Salon & MedSpa, its directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof. We shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or unsatisfactory results, particularly if you have failed to disclose relevant health information or follow provided aftercare instructions.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Glo Nail Salon & MedSpa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will do so by posting the updated terms on the Site and changing the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
